Herne bay harriers U7's took part in an FDYL group 2 football festival on Saturday 28th September, competing with Rising Stars FC, Dawes Herne Hill FC, Tankerton FC and Faversham strike force FC.

The sun was out whilst a bit blustery, It was a very well run festival with a great atmosphere of encouragement for all the kids participating. The tournament was held at the Whitstable school. We each played each other once with 10 mins per game.

The harriers came out unbeaten winners of the competition with each member of the squad playing a vital part in a competitive competition to take home the trophy and winners medals.

Well done to all the players and coaches and thanks to the hosts of the festival.

And a special well done to the harriers U7's, cup winners!
