Harriers under 10's played their opening away game on Saturday afternoon over in Whitstable. It was a hot afternoon and the dry, hard pitches made the ball bounce very high and whiz along the grass, which was a big help to the Under 10's style of play.
After a slow start and off-par performance at home last week, the Harriers were keen to get off to a blazing start and they did not disappoint. The boys moved the ball round wonderfully and their patience and build up paid off when Alex opened the scoring with a screamer from just inside the box. After the half time break the Harriers really pressed hard and dealt well with the attacks from the opposition and made the most of our quick counter attacks with goals from Argjend and Conor.
Great play from the boys with Man-of-the-Match going to Harry for a commanding midfield performance.
