Herne Bay Harriers u9s played away against Margate Youth this Saturday at a cold and windy Hartsdown Park. The Harriers were without regular goalkeeper Max Scott-Barker so defender Harry Cooper ably filled in between the sticks. The Harriers were in the driving seat from the kick off, creating many chances through wingers Dylan Darby and Joe Cloke.

The deadlock was quickly broken by a superb individual effort by Eesa Lavrado-Travers, this was added to by a Michael Allen strike, a brace by Hugo Bousfield and a final goal by Harry Ellis. Man of the Match went to Joe Cloke for a dynamic display in the middle of the park.
